All of you definitely know who Adolf Hitler is, leader of National-sozialistische Deutsche Arbeiterpartei or usually called Nazi. Adolf Hitler renowned by his propaganda skill that successfully brought him to be the leader of his previous party: German Workers’ Party that he renamed to Nazi.
Not even in party, Adolf Hitler also did propaganda to all German people to do mass manipulation in order to convince that he and his party was the best. Adolf Hitler also used newspaper, art, and even music as a tools for spread his influence even more broadly. The amazing part is, Adolf Hitler was willing to spend an hour standing in front of the mirror to find the perfect gesture for his posters. What an effort he puts on it, pretty awesome.
Now you know how propaganda can be done. By using speech, mass media, art, music etc., someone can manipulate others to do what he wants without them even realizing it.
Thats a short example of how propaganda happens in modern world where technology has thrived. But have you ever imagined how propaganda happened in the past, especially when religious stories were made? have you?

What if propaganda really happened in that time? What tools is it going to use? What was the purpose?
I didn’t know if propaganda really happen at that time, but if it does, did you think the holy book was the tool that have been used? In the past where technology didn’t invented yet, where the typewriter and newspaper didn’t exist yet, all the people could do is spread the story orally and transcribe it on paper or book, which means the holy book. But what was the purpose then? Again, i don’t know.
One quote that inspired this thought is the famous quote by Winston Churchill: “History is Written by Victors” which means history is not based on fact, but rather the winners.
